Hi!
when I run configure for ecawave, I get:

checking for libecasound interface version 7... not present.
configure: warning: ** Compatible interface version of libecasound not
found. Will still try compiling... **

I have installed:

/usr/local/lib/libecasound.a
/usr/local/lib/libecasound.la
/usr/local/lib/libecasound.so
/usr/local/lib/libecasound.so.7
/usr/local/lib/libecasound.so.7.0.0
/usr/local/lib/libecasoundc.a
/usr/local/lib/libecasoundc.la
/usr/local/lib/libecasoundc.so
/usr/local/lib/libecasoundc.so.0
/usr/local/lib/libecasoundc.so.0.1.0

and ld.so.conf points to /usr/local/lib

what can I check for?
