I just committed a rather large set of changes to CVS. I don't recommend
using the current tree for any kind of serious work. Edi-22 is still only
partially implemented and many critical functions (like multitrack sync)
have seen very little testing.
On the other hand, if you've been testing JACK, then this CVS update might
be worth a try. Ecasound's engine can be now driven from outside sources
like JACK without any extra overhead. This is a big improvement over the
first implementations of JACK support in ecasound.
