Ok, now I'm really flooding the list.

I reverted this. As it happens, pyeca.py is the perfect place
to set the dlopen flags. So now the situation is this:

pyecasound.so - the actual ECI python module; installed
                to python site-packages directory
pyeca.py - this is the official module to import;
                contains a fix for the dlopen issue
                 (for python2.2 and newer)
eci.py - imports pyeca and provides an alternative
                interface for python apps

So for users and ECI developers nothing has changed. If you upgrade to
python2.2, ecasound plugins should work by automatically.
