This is a bug. Ecasound always disconnects from the server when processing
stops (input data ends, user issues stop, error, etc). If for some reason
the disconnect fails, the next jack callback will also fail and block
libjack for at least 5secs (there's a timeout to avoid deadlocks caused by
bugs). As a result, jackd will remove ecasound from the client graph.
