Fix committed to CVS. Basicly this file doesn't belong to CVS, as it can
be generated from 'ecamegapedal_manpage.yo', but as most people don't have
yodl installed, this isn't very tempting solution. So let's keep the
generated file in CVS.
PS There was a similar problem with ecawave's 'Documentation'
subdir in the CVS-tree. It stopped the make procedure if
yodl was not available... also fixed in CVS.
