Yes, that shouldn't happen. I suggest you check your mixer settings (only
audio coming from line-input (or mic-input) should be recorded). Some
cards allow recording the mixer pcm-output (ie. what applications are
playing. Other possibility is the monitor signal (track0.wav) is mixer
with the recorded signal outside your computer. Are you using headphones
for monitoring?
