I just tried ecasound with latest ogg-vorbis release candidate (1.0rc2),
and the ogg123 option format seems to have changed. New ecasound releases
will use the 1.0rc2 syntax. While waiting for those, here's the correct
lines for 1.0rc2 (~/.ecasoundrc):

--cut--
ext-ogg-input-cmd = ogg123 -d raw --file=%F %f
ext-ogg-output-cmd = oggenc -b 128 --raw --output=%f -
--cut--
