Yes, I just spent a day compiling ecasound with various gcc versions. The
current ecasound CVS-tree compiles fine with gcc 3.0, and also 2.91.66,
2.95.x and 2.96. The first ecasound release supporting the new 3.0 gcc
will be ecasound 2.0.2.

CVS-versions of ecawave, ecamegapedal and qtecasound also compile with
gcc3.0.
