I just noticed that multitrack-sync (ie. syncing tracks when doing
multitrack recording) is _not_ working very well when -z:db is enabled.
This affects all ecasound versions. Now this is quite unfortunate feature,
as -z:db is especially useful for recording (better reliability!).

Fix will hopefully be in 2.0.1...
