I've tested ecasound with all recent versions of ALSA 0.9.x, and without
problems. Did you recompile ecasound or did you use the original
1.9dev2. In the latter case I recommend either upgrading or recompiling
as 1.9dev2 binaries were compiled against ALSA 0.6.x CVS (not compatible
with 0.9.x).
