Ok, latest fix in CVS now lets me use loops as I expected them to
work, great things, loops, BTW. They still show up as opened in "read"
mode even when used as output though. Now the problem I have is that
with the following setup the engine never reaches the "finished" state
even though the input file has been played completely:

-b:256 -sr:44100 -n:cs-edit-temp
-a:1 -f:s16_le,2,44100 -i:test.wav,
-a:2,3 -f:s16_le,2,44100 -i:loop,0,0
-a:4 -f:s16_le,2,44100 -i:loop,1,1

-a:1 -f:s16_le,2,44100 -o:loop,0,0
-a:2,3 -f:s16_le,2,44100 -o:loop,1,1
-a:4 -f:s16_le,2,44100 -o:alsahw,0,0,0

-a:2 -epp:0.00 -etl:2.00,20.00,50.00,0.40
-a:3 -epp:100.00 -etl:2.00,20.00,50.00,0.80
