fyi I just cvs updated from ages ago and had to make install in kvutils
before finishing a make, something was whining about an atomic integer or
something. not sure what that was all about, but making install in kvutils
fixed it. ecasound should build and find files in its local directory
BEFORE finding in /usr/local/include.
