Subject: [ecasound] CVS changes, ALSA update

I've reorganized ecasound's source tree a bit. All libecasound source and
header files are now in the same dir. This means, that ecasound's CVS-tree
went through quite a change. If you have trouble with it, it might be best
to clean your local tree and do a fresh checkout.

Also, current CVS version now recognizes ALSA 0.6.x, and
works under its OSS-emulation. In the near future, I will start
applying Jerome's 0.6.x patches...
