Subject: [ecasound] Getting closer

I think I am narrowing in on the 2.95.2 linking problem. It seems to have
something to do with the <map> STL header.
I set up a small test system with 2 different .cpp files that caused the
errors. Then I started removing things until the errors quit. What I
ended up with was several header files that only included one or 2 other
headers. Eventually it came down to the #include <map> in the
dynamic-parameters.h file. It links clean when uncommented and spews
errors on most of the STL iterator functions when present.
