[ecasound] More problems with *-register commands

Hi again,

Both current and legacy versions of Nama fail to detect
plugins under ecasound 2.9.1.

Nama currently relies on using the *-register commands.

Cop-register fails to provide output when called
through Net ECI, and via ECI through libecasoundc.

Another indication of a problem is that ladspa-register
provides incomplete output. For example plugin ID 1401:

$ analyseplugin surround_encoder_1401

Plugin Name: "Surround matrix encoder"
Plugin Label: "surroundEncoder"
Plugin Unique ID: 1401
Maker: "Steve Harris <steve@email-addr-hidden>"
Copyright: "GPL"
Must Run Real-Time: No
Has activate() Function: Yes
Has deactivate() Function: No
Has run_adding() Function: Yes
Environment: Normal or Hard Real-Time
Ports: "L" input, audio
        "R" input, audio
        "C" input, audio
        "S" input, audio
        "Lt" output, audio
        "Rt" output, audio

$ echo ladspa-register | ecasound -c

.....
197. Wave Terrain Oscillator
        -el:waveTerrain,
198. Surround matrix encoder
        -el:surroundEncoder,
199. Wave shaper
        -el:shaper,'Waveshape'
.....

Thanks for your attention
