[ecasound] Fwd: audioloop

Greeting ecasound-list,

I'm a developer playing around with ecasound, and have noticed that when I
use the "audioloop" parameter with select, that that it seems like there is
an extra bit of time beyond the period selected using the select
parameter. Is this due to some buffer fetching time artifact?

If so, does anyone have any idea how it might be fixed so that loops loop
over the period selected, and the time period of audiolooped selected
regions equals some integer multiple of the selected dT? I have the source
clone from git, but have not yet successfully built ecasound, or reviewed
the code much.
