[ecasound] [PATCH] build: fix ruby install path under ruby2.0

Hi,

it appears that "Config" is deprecated in ruby2.0, so ECA_S_RUBY_SITEDIR turned
out empty. The attached patch fixed that by replacing Config with RbConfig.
