[ecasound] Feature suggestion: selectable processor affinity

Hi Kai and list.

I am using ecasound with schedtool.

Schedtool allows to set the processor affinity.

I am wondering if you guys consider it worth the effort to introduce such an
processor affinity switch as selectable option ( -affinity <cpu>))
 to ecasound!?!?

I think it is worth to have a look at it.

Together with my earlier made proposal for the -temp switch, I'd expect a
relevant performance gain.
