Basicly this list is the correct place. There's also a bug tracker at

... but it's not open for submissions (used for tracking longer term
issues). The source-tree also has a BUGS file that has some additional
info about how bugs are handled:

Thanks, this is an excellent bug report! I'll take a look at this as soon
