[ecasound] Forward: Bug#424936: ecamegapedal Missing .desktop file

Adding a .desktop entry is as simple as adding the following file to
/usr/share/applications/ecamegapedal.desktop:

[Desktop Entry]
Version=1.0
Encoding=UTF-8
Name=Ecamegapedal
Comment=Audio effects pedal application
Exec=/usr/bin/ecamegapedal
Type=Application
Terminal=false
Categories=AudioVideo;
