[ecasound] A couple of patches

A couple of small patches for ecasound 2.4.4

Patch 1: loop_output_fix.txt

This fixes the problem with cs-save and cs-save-as where loop outputs
are incorrectly labelled as inputs. This patch also makes cs-save and
cs-save-as use ladspa plugin names instead of id numbers when saving.

Patch 2: stuarts_bug_fix.txt

This is a fix for code I submitted a while ago and inadequately tested
:(
It only causes a problem if you use the ctrlp-* iam commands.

Applying patches:

These patches were generated against ecasound-2.4.4. If you save the
patch files to the ecasound-2.4.4 directory and then, from that
directory, type:

patch -p0 < loop_output_fix.txt

(for example) the patch should apply cleanly. You can then do a "make"
and "make install" to have a shiny new ecasound waiting for you.
