[ecasound] Can I cut a wav file at file size?

Hello!! Nice to meet you!
This is first contact with you.
I am a beginner of ecasound. And I am not native English speaker.
So, teach me something as well as you teach the school children.

I have a question. Can I cut a wav file at file size?
For example, Can Ecasound divides the file of 20Mbyte into two 10Mbyte
files?

I know I can cut a wav file at play time. (scasound -i filename.mp3 -o
filename.wave -gc:10,20)
However, I don't know whether I can cut the wav file at file size.

Please, teach meeeeeeee!
