I used a -b lower than 16 though (we are using PAL here so 25fps and i
am using 48000 sampled wav) and it did the trick !
Thanks again you really saved my day!

Yeah regarding .ewf that would be actually very cool if we could have
more than one source (so we could have a kind of cut/join operation at
once !)
