Re: [ecasound] Ecasound 2.4.2 released

Tested on Mac OS X 10.4.2 and Gentoo/ppc. Works great, added to the
portage tree.

I've attached a small patch I used to get the pyecasound c
implementation working on Darwin/OS X, its obviously not portable as
I'm completely autotools ignorant, but maybe it'll help someone.
