[ecasound] Very good work

  Just a note to say that Ecasound 2.4.1 resolved a number of minor
  issues I've had and it just purrs on my antique 200MHz w/Slackware.

  Also, it's been some time since I could compile it at all, which
  wasn't really an issue, since 2.3.4 still worked OK.

  But specifically, the issue of file names with spaces is now fixed,
  and for whatever reason, I seem to be able to do a lot more with this
  release, using less CPU power.
