As Bill already noted, you need to add a second -ea:100 to the setup,
between -kl and -kl2.

Currently ecasound does not support controlling the same parameter
with multiple controllers (in an intelligent way). There was some
discussion about this issue on the list a while ago - see the thread with
subject "using copp-set with controllers". But while waiting for concrete
results from this work, using two -ea:100 does the trick.
