thanks for this report. 0.69 is indeed incorrect. I guess in old
implementation the param was handled as int at some point and truncated to
zero when int->float conversion was performed, which again led to using
the default value (0.69 -> 0.0 -> 69). IOW the presets file has been
incorrect since the beginning. :( With value '69' in the presets, they
sound exactly the way they should. :)
Anyways, this has been broken for a long time. Will be fixed in 2.4.0
(already in CVS).
