Hi!
  I can't explain what is wrong. But I have a solution, that always worked for
me:
  ecasound -a:1,2 -i alsahw,0,0 -ete:30,60 -a:1 -o /dev/dsp -a:2 -o out.wav
  Though I wouldn't mix alsa and oss. I don't know. Maybe that's the problem.
Yet I'm not sure.
