Hello list,

some minor changes committed to CVS:

[current version: 2.3.3]
        - note: verified to compile ok with gcc-3.4
        - changed: minor configure.in cleanup relating to handling
                   CFLAGS, CXXFLAGS and LDFLAGS
        - fixed: 'libecasound-config --libs' did not list all
                 external libraries used

The last one fixes a bug that is triggered when:

 - compiling app foobar against libecasound (for example
   Ecamegapedal)
 - libecasound was built against external libraries (JACK,
   linsndfile, aRts, etc) that are not installed to
   standard system paths
 => linking foobar fails as "libecasoud-config --libs"
    does not return all required libs
