YES, finally I found the problem .
They're 2 config file for ecasound .
One is in /root/.ecasoundrc and the other is in /usr/local/share/ecasoundrc
I changed the relative path to lame and oggenc to the full path to the same
software .
My previous script is now working; I have to run more tests to be sure .
I hope I won't have more surprise :P
