Ok, I am back from the dead :-) ... have been rather busy lately and
have had no time for my audio projects.

Sounds interesting. But I have some problems with low latency on my
Laptop, but thats not the problem in question here.
At the moment I have implemented a function to pre-record the
metronome to its own audio track. That works well, even though it
wastes some disk space. At the Moment I am content with this solution
even though a nice wavetable based metronome plugin would be nice.
If I find enough time I may well implement such a beast, but will
probably go the LADSPA-Plugin route.
