Hello, i am currently experimenting with the following setup:
sony vaio+suse 8.2+ pdaudiocf soundcard
using the following command line:

ecasound –f:s32_le,2,96000,i –b:8192 –i
sa,hw:PDAudioCF –f:s24_le,2,96000,i –o eca2496.wav –c

I'm still getting occasional dropped samples, and the card cannot buffer
above 8192

I'm a bit confused by the '-z:intbuf' and 'z:db' commands

what should I specify for the buffer size if using 'z:db'?
how does -z:intbuf' differ from 'z:db'. Im trying to logically sort out the
signal and buffering path, but dont quite follow it.

any advice on where to start experimenting?

thanks,
jamie
