Subject: ewf offset assumes 44 kHz?

When using EWF files as input, the offset parameter seems to work
correctly only when dealing with source files with a sample rate of
44100. When the source is in 22050, the actual offset in the output file
is twice as large as it ought to be (I use WAV as output).
Example:
[input44100.ewf]
source = input44100.wav
offset = 1
loop = false
[input22050.ewf]
source = input22050.wav
offset = 1
loop = false
# ecasound -i:input44100.ewf -o:output44100.wav
# ecasound -i:input22050.ewf -o:output22050.wav
When I listen to the outputs, or open them in a sound editor, I can see
that output44100.wav is correct (the offset is really 1 second), whereas
the offset in output22050.wav is actually 2 seconds. The same goes for
offsets larger than 1 s: the 22 kHz output is twice as large as
expected.
Is this a bug -- the EWF offset-in-seconds assumes 44 kHz -- or am I
doing something wrong?
