Ok, this is a good suggestion as it covers pretty much all
common cases. Added to CVS.

So to summary, ecasound tries to install python stuff if:

a) python binary is found, or
b) ecasound prefix is either /usr or /usr/local, or
c) ecasound prefix matches python prefix, or
d) you override the install path using --with-python-modules
