Yes, the python ECI installation is now used by default (i.e.
pyecasound.so not compiled).

How about:

pyecasound: yes (as native Python module)
... or:
pyecasound: yes (as Python C extension module)

Yup, this is correct for the "native Python module" mode, which
is also the new default.
