There was a problem with the makefile (or maybe the
configure script, I can't remeber right now), which
has been fixed, and will be included in v 2.2.3. What
I did to get it to compile (v2.2.2) is to first
extract the all the files. Run the configure script.
Run 'make', then 'make install' in the main directory.
This will fail because of the above mentioned
problems. I then changed to each subdir, and ran
'make' and 'make install' in each subdir. It installed
fine that way. The only thing that didn;t work was the
pyecasound stuff. Which I reallt didin't need (yet
:-). Good luck. Feel free to email me directly if you
run into any problems.
