Well, after ladmeet03 that's now officially the wrong pronunciation. ;)

Although the -eca option name is quite fitting, this effect was added
pretty late, 1.3.2r4 to be exact (June 1999). Ecasound development on the
other hand dates back 1995, while the name ecasound was first used
sometime in 1997-1998. And btw; -eca was one of the first effects not
written by me... it's originally by John S. Dyson (of FreeBSD fame).
