This is a somewhat tricky issue. Directly including a standard
header file (sys/mman.h) should never fail. There's not much
that can be changed on ecasound's side here. :(

Hmm, are there any other header files mentioned on freebsd man pages of
for instance mlock() and mlockall()? The Linux (glibc) man pages only
mention 'sys/mman.h'.
