Subject: [ecasound] libecasound test framework

I've added a simple test framework to ecasound's CVS-tree. To build and
run the tests, just issue "make check". These tests are specific to
libecasound, and in addition to 'make check', are also run as a part of
ecasound/testsuite test set (only in CVS).
Currently there's only one test implemented (although it's a big one), but
hey, it's a start. Even with this one test I already managed to find over
a dozen object cloning bugs...
PS I've also added a few words about unit testing to 'Ecasound
Programmer's Guide' (also in CVS).
