Once upon a Thu, Nov 15 2001, Daniel Clark hit keys in the following order:

from the man page:

        -y:seconds
                Sets starting position for last specified input/output. If
                you need more flexible control over audio objects, you should
                use the .ewf format.

use that to change the offset of track 2 until it sounds right.
