Ok, ok, let's make a compromise. :) In the current CVS-tree options work
as before.

But in the documentation I still tie these EOS (Ecasound Option Syntax
- just added this name to user's guide) commands to 'cs-option'. This
makes it clear what options can be given in the interactive mode (and
through ECI).
