Subject: [ecasound] using the ecasound testsuite

You'll find it from ecasound's CVS-tree, sound/ecasound/testsuite. I've
tried to add new cases as new bugs and/or problematic use-cases are
found. Testsuite is particularly useful for testing the development
releases. Anyway, here's the test setup:

cd sound/ecasound
cvs update -DP
cd testsuite
cp /path/to/sometestfile.wav foo.wav
ln -s /usr/local/bin/ecasound ecasound_test
# ---> possibly edit the 'Makefile'
make
./run_tests.py # run as normal user
su
./run_tests.py # run as root

PS And of course, new testcases are always welcome!
