Ecanormalize is the easist solution. If it's too limited or you need some
custom functionality, you can write a small ECI program that does the same
thing: run the file through -ev, get the gain-factor (stored in -ev's 2nd
parameter) and perform a second run with -ea:100*gain-factor.
