Hi. I got the midi named pipe thing working finally. Of course it was
a stupid problem: the pipe has to have something in it before
processing starts, otherwise it segfaults. Perhaps this should be
handled more gracefully by the midi-server or perhaps its well within
its rights to expect something to retrieve? Anyway, hope this is
useful information for others. Ant.
