Upgraded to compile against the new ecasound package:

qtecasound:
24042001 (v0.1dev5)
        - note: requires ecasound 1.9dev6 or newer
        - changed: licensing change - Qt exception to GPL dropped; ie.
                   all sources are once again GPL licenced without
                   exceptions
        - fixed: seg.faults when exiting qtecasound while engine was
                 still running
        - fixed: ecamegepedal crashes if LADSPA support was disabled
                 in libecasound

ecawave:
24042001 (v0.3dev7)
        - note: requires ecasound 1.9dev6 and qtecasound 0.1dev5
        - changed: licensing change - Qt exception to GPL dropped; ie.
                   all sources are once again GPL licenced without
                   exceptions
        - fixed: effect preview/process crashes if LADSPA support
                 was disabled in libecasound
