can someone help me an effect issue.

i'm doing a singalong for group and someone sent me one that has a horrible
"hiss/hum" type frequency in it.....i've tried everything including the
hum/hiss remove ..nadda..

i've tried all efects ( not with ecasound i'm not good at it via effects yet
) withother apps
and I just can't remove it....

possible someone could accept file from me and assist me
