Ok, this is now fixed. You can now save (cs-save, cs-save-as and cs-edit
commands) chainsetups containing -kx options (controllers of controllers).
I made a recursive controller_to_string() implementation, so at least in
theory it should be able to handle even more complicated cases
(controllers of controllers controlling controllers ;)).

PS Just a note to others, if you try the above setup, remember to
   fix '-t:l' to its correct form '-tl'.

Uhm, well, did I just a few hours ago write that ecasound's mp3 input
has had some problems. :)
