It seems that ecasound gives RIFF chunk a size equal to the whole
filesize, while I think the size should be filesize-8. I wasn't
able to confirm which way is right, but given that snd and sox
use filesize-8 and Soundtracker is unable to load ecasound-generated
samples, I'd say ecasound's way is faulty.
