This means your sound card doesn't support triggering (starting playback
and recording at the same time - with one call). This doesn't prevent
you from using ecasound.

This means that your soundcard doesn't support sample rate of 44100, but
wants to use 44101 instead. In normal operation, this won't cause any harm.
